The uniform spreading speed in cooperative systems with non-uniform initial data

نویسندگان

چکیده

This paper considers the spreading speed of cooperative nonlocal dispersal systems with irreducible reaction functions and non-uniform initial data. Here non-uniformity means that all components data decay exponentially but their rates are different. It is well-known in a monostable reaction-diffusion or equation, different yield speeds. In this paper, we show due to cooperation irreducibility functions, solution will possess uniform which decreasingly depends only on smallest rate The decreasing property further implies component can accelerate spatial propagation other components.

Determining the Hydro-acoustic Characteristics of the Ship Propeller in Uniform and Non-uniform Flow

This research has been carried out to determine the marine propeller hydro-acoustic characteristics by Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) solver in both uniform and non-uniform wake flow at different operating conditions Wake flow can cause changes in pressure fluctuation and gas effect on propeller noise spectrum. Noise is generated by the induced trailing vortex wake and induced pressure ...

The Uniform-Pareto Distribution and Eeponentiated Uniform-Pareto Distribution and Their Application in Income Data

‎In this paper‎, ‎a new distribution is introduced‎, ‎which is a generalization of a well-known distribution‎. ‎This distribution is flexible and applies to income data modeling‎. ‎We first provide some of the mathematical and distributional properties of this new model and then‎, ‎to demonstrate the flexibility the new distribution‎, ‎we will present the applications of this distribution with ...

adaptive non‑uniform rate sampling and application in data compression

in this paper the author considers a general method, based on time domain samples for spectral manipulation of time limited signals. first, the original signal is divided into some frames in the time domain. then, by presenting a suitable theoretical and computational algorithm, and using a method for improving the speed of convergence, we find the local bandwidth of each frame; thereby, each f...

Indexing Non-Uniform Spatial Data

Non-uniformity in data extents is a general characteristic of spatial data. Indexing such non-uniform data using conventional spatial index structures such as R -trees is inefficient for two reasons: (1) The non-uniformity increases the likelihood of overlapping index entries, and, (2) clustering of non-uniform data is likely to index more dead space than clustering of uniform data. To reduce t...

The Data Broadcast Problem with Non - Uniform Transmission Times 1

The Data Broadcast Problem consists of finding an infinite schedule to broadcast a given set of messages so as to minimize a linear combination of the average service time to clients requesting messages, and of the cost of the broadcast. This problem also models the Maintenance Scheduling Problem and the Multi-Item Replenishment Problem. Previous work concentrated on a discrete-time restriction...
